Hawaii Vacation

287 300x225 Hawaii VacationIn one weeks time and a bit I’m going to be going to Hawaii for a holiday, lucky me I know! It’s the 5th time over there for me.
The 3rd time last year I went was because, my boyfriend and I decided to tie the knot on a whim instead of waiting for years to get married and waste money on a wedding so we chose Hawaii as our wedding/honeymoon, also because my best friend lives over there, kind of killing 2 birds with 1 stone. The 4th time was in July, I was on holiday from uni and going through a stressful time and just needed to get away, so where best to go than a beautiful, tropical, cruisey place that my best friend happens to live in! This year my husband and I are celebrating our first year of marriage 2 weeks after our anniversary and also it’s my best friends birthday (I actually thought of my best friend first on this holiday and was just going for her by myself since it’s after our anniversary haha whoops..) Also killing 2 birds with 1 stone again.

I have family that live on the other side of Oahu so have went there the 1st 2 times in my life (cant remember where they live) we would go swimming at 1am in the morning it’s that hot, my cousins taught me how to climb the coconut trees in their front yard, we went to luau’s and also went to the Polynesian Cultural Centre where I found and fell in love with Purple Taro bread.
Last year we stayed in Waikiki, mainly hit the shops, drank and played in our hotel pool, the beach and ate out at the restaurants. Even though it was summer here and winter over there, it was hotter over there.

Fourth time I went over to the big island and stayed with my besty at her place in Hilo then she took me to the other side and we stayed in the Hilton Resort that’s in Waikaloa Village and visited Kona. The Hilton over there SHEESH! It has a tram in the actual resort it’s that big to get around! Arvahna (my besty) and I decided to walk to reception one time because the tram was full, yeah not doing that again! I can see why they have one. I swam with the dolphins while staying there and fed them it was epic as! The closest thing I can think of describing a dolphins skin is wet, smooth leather. The place also has a freaking waterfall, I have been to quite a lot of great hotels in my life but never anything like this, I couldn’t get over the place.

103 300x225 Hawaii VacationThis year we are doing it again, staying in Hilo and going over to Kona and visiting The Hilton again. But this time we are away for 2 weeks so we have more time to do stuff which is going to include visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, The Hawaiian Beaches, going to the beach a bit more, getting Arvahna’s husband to teach mine how to surf icon biggrin Hawaii Vacation and just to chill, drink on the beach and have fun.

I have been to quite a few places in my life, which I’m very grateful for, LA, San Diego, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Hawaii, Rarotonga and of course Australia plenty of times BUT Hawaii has to be my favourite place out of all of them. If you ever go there, be prepared for the heat, especially in their summer. I personally love the heat and it’s alright for me but you have to remember, everyone is different.
I tell anyone that is travelling that they have to visit Hawaii, the people are really friendly, helpful and willing to please. The locations are breath-taking and what you would imagine in a movie or in a magazine. It truly is a paradise to relax, chill, surf and shop.

How the industry works

auckland strippers How the industry worksWelcome, so we thought today we’d throw a little light over how the stripper industry works in New Zealand.  You may have been browsing through google, or the internet to find a stripper for your next hens party, and came across several similar websites.

You browse through their talent, and see the same girls or guys on a variety of websites, how can this be?  Shouldn’t one website have exclusive rights to the talent?  In the ideal world probably, but in New Zealand their just isn’t enough business for one company to own everything.  That simply doesn’t happen.

Strippers are contractors, and they will end up doing more than 1 job a night, the ideal strippers are the best presented, the ones that are reliable and the ones that turn up for their bookings.  They’ll get anywhere from 5 – 10 jobs a night.  They book out fast, and they get jobs not from one stripper booking agency, but several.

In some cases, the newer agencies, haven’t been around for that long, their owners have merely worked for other established agencies before building a website and going it out on their own.

If a stripper is out of the way, ie in Taupo, then agencies will more than likely collaborate, so the same girl or guy can get several jobs in the region that night.  To be honest, even if they aren’t on the website you’re booking through, its more than likely our agency can still do the booking with your preferred talent.  Be aware, during the season, the best strippers have been booked out months in advance, particularly for Friday / Saturdays.

So what we recommend is to shop around, at the end of the day, you can get exactly the same male stripper or female stripper from several websites, and it really comes down you.

The Hen Co Party Planners

The Hen Co Logo The Hen Co Party PlannersWe spent months looking for the best Hen Party website in New Zealand.  Sure, theirs a huge amount of websites already out their, Australian based selling products in New Zealand, but we wanted more.  Something owned by Kiwi’s, working for kiwi’s and employing kiwi’s.

We found it in The Hen Co (2009) Limited.  This isn’t an overseas’s based company, but one based in Hamilton & Auckland, New Zealand.  Who deal with New Zealand companies, and know the best deals, ideas and people in the country.

So if you’re looking for male adult entertainment, feel free to book through The Hen Co website, along with any other activities you’d like to try out, from super exciting boat cruises, to having fun with the girls learning to dance, theirs a huge variety of fun ideas available.

The Hen Co is a one stop shop where you can plan your dream hen’s party, hens activities or even entire hens weekends.

Topless waiters for your Hen

topless waiter Topless waiters for your HenWe’ve seen it before, a few times in fact, hearing the review of a friends hens party, and how amazing it was.  A house hired somewhere north of Auckland with amazing scenery, a mini van hired, to drive the girls from activity A – B – C – D.  From dinners, Cabaret, Burlesque Dancing then clubbing, and how fantastic the weekend was away from the bland normal days of work, kids and the hubby.

But they wanted something more, something to really add to good time, to make it sizzle, to add that class, to get the girls talking about how amazing the hens party really was.  They were looking for that male hunk, that x-factor to be made to feel welcome, to serve drinks, smile, laugh and play party games with. They were looking for that talent, that they wouldn’t get any where else, with all of their friends about.  They were looking for their topless waiter.

A kiwi hunk of a man, that looks good to the eye, and can dazzle the group with his personality. Mixing and mingling, and making sure everyone is looked after.  So if you’re looking for that x-factor to bring to your next hens party, give us a call on 0800 742 273 and we’ll hook you up with some of the best talent in New Zealand, to make your hens night memorable.

Brazilians – By Erin Alberino

erin 2 200x300 Brazilians By Erin AlberinoWe have all heard of them, we all know what they are, But how many of us have actually been brave enough to get one?  & No I’m not talking about an internet ordered bride from a country on the other side of the globe, I’m talking about …. Brazilians AKA a waxed box (or pussy or Va jay jay, or whatever you want to call it).

So most of us women have all left the 80’s behind and with that we also left behind the bushy muffs that most old school 80’s porn is full of!   That’s right whether it be trimmed, maintained, shaven or waxed it’s pretty common these days for women to support a bush free environment down there.

Discussing this topic with a lot of friends and what do you know most of them have never had a brazilian in their life and stick to the old razor with shaving cream – most likely the less painful option but I’m telling you right now this would have to be the most annoying and frequent options if you choose to do so.

So why have so many of my friends never gained enough courage to go get a wax? Some of their pathetic excuses were;

“It’s going to hurt” – well yes it probably will sting  a little, but nothing like a piercing or a tattoo and like the old saying goes “beauty is pain” right.  My trick for this is to walk in there expecting it to hurt like F*@k…. That way when she pulls the first strip your more pleasantly surprised that it was nowhere near as bad as you thought it may be.

“I don’t want anyone seeing down there it would be embarrassing”  – This excuse is one of the lamest of them all, these beauty therapist’s do hundreds of brazilians in a week so I can guarantee you that  they have seen stranger looking boxes then yours & they do them so often they have already gone past the awkward  I can see your box stage. Their main purpose is to get that box silky smooth and hair free. A brazilian is a lot more comfortable to get then a smear test from your doctor.

“You have to grow it before you get it waxed” righto love, you do, but not very much and after your first couple of times the hair grows less intense and a lot finer so it’s a lot less noticeable. If you’ve never experienced the silky smooth touch of a brazilianthen there’s no way you can even compare it to shaving. How often do you have to shave? Every day for optimum results?  Even doing it weekly would be a pain in the arse. Try being smooth and hair free for up to 3-4 weeks! Oh yeah you know that would be bliss…

Every 6 weeks I spare 30 minutes of my time (sometimes less) to waltz into my beauty clinic take my pants off and lie on a bed and wait. The process isn’t daunting; I guess your first time it might be, but every other time after that is just like getting a spray tan or haircut. Your therapist will chat to you about your day whilst ripping the hairs out from the hair follicles on your Va jay jay.  This is the trick to the long lasting smoothness- hair is ripped right from the follicle root and all – unlike shaving where it is cut and the skins edge.

Now if your still humming and haaring about getting waxed there’s not a lot more I can say to convince you, It’s 2012 people so put down those razors and be a little daring for once. Its honestly not as painful as you may think and the results are AMAZING, Normally after my wax I can’t help but want to smooth my hand over it, it feels  as smooth as a baby’s bum! I kid you not after your first brazilian I doubt you’ll ever put a razor near your box again.

So go on pluck up the courage to go and do what everyone talks about and what we all secretly desire… GO and GET a WAX. Imagine living your entire life without ever experiencing a brazilian wax all because you think you already know how much it will hurt. Don’t be chicken and JUST DO IT.  Then make your own judgement and remember you don’t have to get it all waxed off, you can get a landing strip or other shapes or you could opt for the full on Hollywood wax which gets all the hair right the way around… yes around to your behind- you may never look there but it gets hairy there to!

The results of brazilian’s speak for themselves really & you’ll never know until you try, you will be surprised at and delighted with the outcome and will probably try to convince other’s to “grow some balls” and do the same thing.  Once you have had your first wax you can join the elite “smooth silky pussy’s club” and yes your partner WILL certainly notice the difference, who knows he may even find dinner down there more enjoyable because it’s so smooth and there’s none of that “upward grinding stubble feeling.”

So say your final goodbyes to the 80’s and a big welcoming hello to 2012 …. Enjoy your freshly waxed boxes ladies!!  For it is something you will not regret!

First Photoshoot for 2012

Jessie Ann blog 175x300 First Photoshoot for 2012Yesterday I had the great pleasure of doing my very first photo shoot for 2012.  A first photo shoot with someone you haven’t worked with before is always a bit awkward as you are both trying to figure out how to work with each other, what the other persons style is like and how you can work with it.

Now living up in Whangarei I don’t exactly have much of a selection of photographers I can choose from, so I went through everyone’s portfolios online and checked out their photos.

The guy I ended up contacting was great to work with I can tell you that, he had been doing photography for 10 years along with being in the police force and I am eagerly looking forward to the end results as I know we got some great snaps! He was very nice to talk to and just made the whole thing fun and relaxing. That is what you want in a shoot.

If you are looking to do a photoshoot for a wedding, family portraits, a project or you just want to get infront of a camera and see how it gets done by models you have to do research! It’s the same as looking for a home loan, a car or a Doctor. Shop around, ask people you know if they have worked with anyone, find out who does what you want, what prices and experience they have RESEARCH PEOPLE, RESEARCH.

When you see those stories online about photographers taking advantage of models, that isn’t a photographer that’s a GWC! (Guy With Camera) They are they ones that offer naive people too good to be true opportunities and as they say “If it’s too good to be true, it is”.

If you are contacting someone about a shoot you have no obligation at all to go with it, if you are getting a bad feeling or they just don’t seem right to your own gut, back out right then and there.

A few years back I came across one GWC and I cancelled on the morning of our afternoon shoot, the whole time I as emailing with this guy my gut just didn’t seem right. Turned out it was right. Last year someone came to me and asked if I had worked with “so and so” and I told them no, I pulled out and he still tried getting me to work with him and wouldn’t take no for an answer. She told me she did a shoot with him and, not going into details, just creeped her out and she wished she never did it. All I told her was you got to learn from that experience and choose better next time.

The guy I worked with yesterday (btw his name is Paul,  http://www.modelmayhem.com/18533, great guy) was telling me a model he constantly works with from Whangarei went to Auckland to do a calendar shoot….that’s if a calendar shoot consists of the “photographer” and 10 of his buddies sitting around his lounge, drinking beer and watching her pose for them and not get paid at all….if that was me I would have not taken any of my clothes off, walked out and cut all contact then and there.

Be sensible about it ladies and gentlemen, as I said, shop around like you would with a car.

If you happen to be in the Hamilton region and want to know some excellent photographers that I can put my word on and back up 100% check out there guys:

Life Drawing | Turning a hunk of man, into a piece of art

life drawing Life Drawing | Turning a hunk of man, into a piece of art

There are so many different ways to have a bit of adult fun without having the whole bump and grind of a stripper. I had an amazing group of woman who had chosen to do a life art session for their hens party, starting with our first game; mould the pecker!

Watching their cheeks turn a bright shade of red, as they blush their way through stroking up and down the firm piece of clay until shape took place, then turning their piece of clay into a life size “realistic” looking penises, and having the youngest and oldest winning the prize for the best penis.

This is a great way to relax laugh and get all the nervous giggles out before the main event. Having a gorgeous piece of meat sitting right in front you while you stare at him, joining all the dots, making the lines and hoping it looks like him. Our model for this event was great he seemed to have as much fun as the ladies did and he loved all of their pictures including the cartoon ones.

The ladies posed for photos at the end of our session to add to their scrapbook of the night. Life drawing is definitely an activity I’d recommend, and comes in 2 flavours, semi nude and full nude.

Why Pole Dance… by Jessie

Jessie Ann 300x300 Why Pole Dance... by JessieI used to be in awe of my girl friends who could jump up on a pole, spin around, go upside down and everything else you could do on a pole, I know and have worked with a lot of strippers and their moves are very hardcore and amazing! I could do the basics and dance around it but was too scared to do what they did, I hate hurting myself and was especially scared of falling and breaking something.

One day while surfing the net and watching New Zealand Pole Dancing champions and looking up simple tutorials on youtube I decided to get my own pole. Why did I get my own pole?

  1. I am a shy person, despite doing bikini competitions on stage infront of hundreds of people and promo work, t.v etc I am a really shy person and hate doing things in front of other people, strange I know.
  2. The convenience, don’t have to drive anywhere, waste petrol or get dressed up to go outside.
  3. I could do private lessons for my man hehe.

In 2-3 weeks I was going upside down, doing pinwheels, climbing it and basically got really acquainted with the pole. You would have thought I worked in a strip club! Doing the first tutorial to go upside down was quite exhilarating as I was still scared but I took a deep breath, thought to myself to just let go of all gravity and scariness and go for it and guess what, it works! When you just let go of all the frustration, shyness and scared-ness it’s amazing what you can do with yourself and your body.

Not only that, my legs and butt got very toned and for the first time in my life I love my butt! I have also come to train a few girls that I used to work with and know, taught them what to do and got them to a start off. Pole dancing I used to associate with stripping when I was younger but now I am older and slightly wiser it is a very great exercise and sport. Ladies out there, all I can say is you will love it, you become more flexible, more confident, more sexy, more open minded and it’s a great builder towards learning other dances as well.

So why wait until tomorrow or a special occasion to try it, do it today! You won’t regret it and you will be feeling better about yourself in no time which will also make your man want you more when he can see just how much confidence you are oozing from that toned, sexilicious body you will be strutting around.
